Privacy notice

When you register for a seminar: name, email, phone (optional), and company (optional).

At in-person check-in: attendance confirmation and session survey responses.

During or after an event: photos, recording, and session materials that the team publishes as the event trail.

Site usage: aggregated metrics on navigation, video playback, downloads, and searches, without personally identifying you.

To manage your registration, send confirmation and reminders, issue your certificate, and improve the training content.

Processing is based on your explicit consent (opt-in), given when you check the box on the registration form.

A past training page may show photos, recording, and materials from the event for attendees and non-attendees. To report or remove a specific image, contact us through the official channels.

Your certificate includes a folio and a verification URL (hub.pentairlatam.com/verificar/…). Anyone with that URL can see your name, the seminar, city, and date to confirm the certificate is valid. Your email, phone, and company are not shown.

We use providers that process data on our behalf: Supabase (database), Resend (email), Vercel (hosting), Microsoft Clarity and Vercel Analytics (usage metrics), Bunny Stream (video hosting), and AssemblyAI (transcription of seminar videos).

We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for advertising.

Data is transmitted and stored encrypted. We keep it as long as necessary for the training relationship.

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data, or withdraw your consent, by contacting Pentair Pool LATAM through its official channels.
